Unfortunately, because of FDA rulings regarding The Bioterrorism Act, we cannot accept back any food products. (You wouldn't want a product that's been who knows where, would you?) We only ship products that have been received directly from manufacturers or their distributors.

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
We offer expedited services, but once your order leaves our hands, it's up to UPS or the Postal System to deliver in a timely fashion. If you shipped specifically by UPS, you'll be able to follow a shipments progress with numbers in your shipping confirmation.
If you choose expedited shipping, please take note of the information in the shopping cart about when the product will ship and when you can anticipate arrival.
Read before you eat.
We have chosen products based on information from the manufacturers and their package and nutrition label. The US Department of Food and Drug Administration (FDA)has requirements in order to make label claims, but these requirements may or may not be stringent enough for your purposes. You should read the list of ingredients carefully and make your choices based upon your dietary restrictions and what you have learned about your needs. Always consult with your physician first if you are in doubt.
